Listing & Verification Provisions

BantayBid separates four concepts that can otherwise be confusing: public listing, verification, Founding Partner status and paid promotion.

Public listing

An approved public listing means BantayBid has accepted the profile for display in its Suppliers & Partners directory. It is not a government accreditation, procurement eligibility determination or endorsement by a procuring entity.

Verification

A “Verified” badge means BantayBid has performed the level of evidence review it specifies for the badge at that time. Verification does not guarantee current licensing, financial capacity, performance, eligibility for a particular bid or truth of every statement. Businesses remain responsible for keeping information accurate.

Founding Partner

Founding Partner is a BantayBid relationship/status designation for qualifying early participants. It does not automatically provide paid advertising placement and does not give preferential treatment in Procurement Intelligence.

Sponsored or promoted placement

Paid visibility, when later enabled, is separately labeled. When a campaign ends, the business may remain in the normal directory if its listing remains approved.

Moderation and corrections

BantayBid may request evidence or corrections, limit public fields, suspend a listing, or retain an archived administrative history where reasonably necessary for platform integrity. Contact partners@bantaybid.com for listing questions.
