Independent service

BantayBid is an independent information and business platform. It is not PhilGEPS, GPPB, DBM, PS-DBM, a procuring entity or a government agency, and use of BantayBid does not replace compliance with official procurement laws, rules, notices or bidding documents.

Educational information

Public guides, checklists and glossary content are general educational information. They are not legal, accounting, tax, engineering or procurement advice and do not determine eligibility, responsiveness, award probability or entitlement to a contract.

Business profile applications

By submitting an application, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. BantayBid may review, request clarification, approve, reject, suspend, archive or moderate listings to protect accuracy, safety and platform integrity.

No automatic commercial commitment

A Founding Partner application and a free public profile do not activate paid advertising or a Procurement Intelligence subscription. Advertising interest is non-binding during Public Beta, and no advertising payment is required or accepted through the public beta application form.

Procurement neutrality

Advertising purchases visibility only. Advertising does not influence private Procurement Intelligence rankings, matching, Fit, Readiness, Confidence, recommendations or other procurement analysis.

Availability and changes

The public beta may change as BantayBid improves the service. We may update these terms prospectively and post the effective version on this page.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, unlawful, infringing, malicious or deceptive content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the platform; scrape protected private services; or misrepresent a BantayBid badge, verification status or sponsorship.
